Bret Fincher is a Financial Services Professional for Evergreen Consulting, Inc., Sports & Entertainment Division, located in the heart of Music Row in Nashville, TN. Bret began his career in Financial Services in 1993 with Securian Financial Services, Inc., and spent over 17 years with a focus on long-term financial planning that include complex estate, insurance, investment and asset management strategies. Bret’s experience and primary concentration has been in working with Professional Athletes, Musicians, and Professionals within the Entertainment Industry in addition to Small Business and Corporations.

Bret grew up in Lawrenceburg, TN. After High School, he attended Maryville College in Maryville, TN before transferring to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, where he played three years at Free Safety for the Scots’ and Governors’ Football Teams. Bret obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Austin Peay in 1991 with dual concentrations in Business Management and General Business. He also received his Certificate in Financial Planning from Belmont University, Nashville, TN in 2005. He serves as an occasional guest Financial Journalist on Fox 17 News. In his spare time, Bret has a passion for sports and outdoors and in working with charitable organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for Backfield-in-Motion, a non-profit charity that focuses on the needs and education of inner city youth. Bret also serves on the Board of Directors for Peterson Foundation for Parkinson’s, a non-profit charity started by former NHL player and Nashville Predators Associate Head Coach Brent Peterson. PFP’s mission is to raise funds to benefit Parkinson’s related research, education, and support groups in the Middle Tennessee area as well as nationally.
